Flourless, no refined sugar, gluten free, Vegan option, Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

These are our GO-TO gluten free yummy soft cookies!!

Ingredients: (makes ~ 16 regular sized cookies)

1 cup almond butter(or any nut butter)

1 egg or Chia seed substitute for Vegan option(1 tablespoon chia seed(ground or whole) and 3 Tbsp water soaked at least 5 mins)

1/3 cup agave, honey or maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Splash of Vanilla

Pinch of salt

~1/2 cup Chocolate chips (Carob Chips for Vegan) or random off-brand m&ms you find in the bulk section..

Directions: Bake at 350 for 6-8 mins, let cool a bit on sheet until you take them off they are a little fragile, but than you can transfer them to a plate. Mix all ingredients together, should be a little goopy/runny. Scoop/spoon on a silicon sheet on a baking sheet(or greased pan) 1 inch apart and bake. Eat them…all of them.

  1. This sounds kinda gross but I’ll try it!! Maybe some gluten free tequila to wash it Down:). Great recipe tho ♥️
